Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Photocopier Engineer to join our service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of photocopiers and related equipment. This role requires a professional with strong technical expertise and excellent customer service skills. Prior experience working with Sharp devices preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and service multifunction devices at client sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic faults.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, both remotely and on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Photocopier Engineer.
- Strong technical knowledge of photocopier systems, components, and functions.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
